Privacy notice

Last updated: October 23, 2026

This is a translation provided for convenience. The Spanish version is the official one and prevails in case of any difference.

In short: your data is yours. We only use it to provide the service, we don’t sell it, we don’t connect to your bank, and you can download it or delete everything anytime by texting “excel” or “delete my account” to NUMO on WhatsApp, or from My account in your dashboard.

1. Who is responsible for your data?

José Roberto Hernández Sánchez (“NUMO” or “we”), who operates NUMO by numerikpilot, with address at Carretera Paso de Cortés 3309, Interior 54, Colonia Santa María Xixitla, San Pedro Cholula, Puebla, C.P. 72762, México, is responsible for processing your personal data under Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (published March 20, 2025) and other applicable rules.

Privacy contact: hola@numerikpilot.com · Phone: +52 55 4515 9460.

2. What data do we collect?

NUMO does not connect to your bank accounts and will never ask for passwords, PINs or verification codes. We don’t collect sensitive personal data; please don’t send us health information or other sensitive data in your notes.

We need your express consent to process financial data, which you give when you accept this notice on WhatsApp before using the service. NUMO is intended for people 18 and older.

3. What do we use your data for?

Purposes needed to provide the service

Secondary purposes (not needed for the service)

If you don’t want us to use your data for secondary purposes, write to hola@numerikpilot.com. Saying no doesn’t affect your service.

4. Artificial intelligence

NUMO uses third-party AI models to understand your messages, read your receipts, set up business dashboards, write your accountant’s alerts and answer your questions. This means that the text of your messages, your receipts and a summary of your numbers are sent to those providers only to generate the answer; under their commercial terms they don’t use it to train their models. Alerts and answers are for guidance only: they can be wrong, they are not financial, tax or investment advice, and they never make decisions for you or with legal effects on you.

5. Who do we share your data with?

We don’t sell or rent your data. To run the service we rely on providers that process it only on our behalf, under confidentiality and security obligations:

ProviderPurposeWhere
Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Platform)Receiving and sending your WhatsApp messagesUnited States and other countries
Anthropic (Claude)Understanding messages, reading receipts, alerts and advisor answersUnited States
OpenAIConverting voice notes to textUnited States
Amazon Web ServicesServers and storageUnited States
StripeCharging your planUnited States and other countries

For exchange rates we query a public rates service and send it no data about you. In a shared account, its members see the account’s transactions and who logged them. We only share data with authorities when a law or valid order requires it.

6. How do we protect it?

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including: encrypted connections (HTTPS) at all times, dashboard access only through a one-time personal link sent to your WhatsApp, expiring protected sessions, a firewalled server with automatic security updates and encrypted storage, keys kept out of the code, system logs without your full number, rate limits and protected backups. No system is infallible; if a breach significantly affected your rights, we would notify you promptly.

7. How long do we keep it?

8. Your rights

You can access, correct, delete or object to the use of your data, withdraw your consent and limit its use or disclosure:

By email: write to hola@numerikpilot.com with your name, the WhatsApp number you use with NUMO, the right you want to exercise and a way to confirm it’s you. We reply within 20 business days and, if applicable, apply the change within the following 15 business days. If you live outside Mexico, you may also have the rights granted by your local law; write to us and we will help you exercise them.

If you believe your data protection rights were violated, you can file a complaint with the competent Mexican authority, currently the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno, or with the data protection authority of your country.

9. Cookies and browser storage

Your dashboard uses one essential cookie (numo_sesion) to keep your session secure; it lasts up to 30 days or until you log out. Our website remembers your language choice in your browser. We don’t use advertising cookies, third-party analytics or trackers. If you use the option to listen to your accountant, the voice is generated by your browser or operating system; some browsers use their maker’s online services to produce it.

10. Changes to this notice

If we change this notice, we’ll publish the new version on this page with its update date and, if the change is important, let you know on WhatsApp.
