1. What NUMO is
NUMO by numerikpilot, operated by José Roberto Hernández Sánchez, is a tool to log and organize your income and expenses on WhatsApp and in a web dashboard, with a virtual accountant that gives you alerts and answers your questions using artificial intelligence. By using NUMO you accept these terms and our privacy notice. You must be 18 or older.
2. What NUMO is not
- It is not a bank or financial institution, it doesn’t handle your money and it doesn’t connect to your accounts.
- It doesn’t give investment, tax, accounting or legal advice and doesn’t replace a certified professional.
- Alerts, calculations (like “Will my money last?” or the business dashboard) and advisor answers are for guidance only, are based only on what you log and are partly generated by an AI that can be wrong. Decisions about your money are yours.
3. Your account
Your account is linked to your WhatsApp number. You are responsible for the information you log and for keeping access to your phone safe: dashboard links are personal and must not be shared. Automatic reading of receipts, files and voice notes can be wrong, so check the amounts we confirm with you.
If you invite other people to your account, they can see and log the account’s transactions. As the owner, you decide who joins.
4. Plans, payments and cancellation
NUMO includes a free trial. After that, some features require a paid plan, billed in Mexican pesos (MXN) through Stripe; if your card is in another currency, your bank converts it. The price, frequency and how to cancel are shown before you subscribe. You can cancel anytime from your subscription link; the service stays active until the end of the paid period. If you delete your account, your subscription is canceled automatically.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t use NUMO for illegal activities, to send offensive content, to try to access other people’s accounts or data, or to try to damage, overload or break the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Intellectual property
The NUMO brand, logos, characters, designs and software belong to their owner. Your data remains yours: you can download or delete it anytime.
7. Availability and liability
We do our best to keep NUMO always working, but there may be interruptions, for example due to WhatsApp or provider outages. To the extent permitted by law, NUMO is not liable for financial decisions you make based on the service’s information.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; we’ll publish the new version here with its date and, if the change is important, let you know on WhatsApp.
9. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, without prejudice to the consumer rights that the law of your country may grant you. Contact: hola@numerikpilot.com.
